NO MAGNETS, NO CABLE TIES, NO PROBLEM

5 REASONS TO GO MAGNET FREE

1. NO MAGNETS

2. NO CABLE TIES

3. EASY TO SWITCH BETWEEN BIKES

4. SMALL AND LIGHT

5. NO LOST MAGNETS OR BROKEN CABLE TIES

What is SOLO?

SOLO are Magnetless Bike Speed and Cadence Sensors, recording your Speed (MPH/KPH) and Cadence (RPM) in real time to your bike computer, smart phone/tablet app or even both at the same time. We replaced the magnets and cable ties used by traditional bike sensors, making SOLO much smaller, lighter, quicker to install and compatible with all bikes. Dual Bluetooth Low Energy and ANT+ technology makes SOLO compatible with hundreds of different bike computers and cycling apps.

READY TO RIDE IN SECONDS

How Do They Work Without Magnets?

The Magnetless Speed and Cadence Sensors use an accelerometer to detect rotations instead of magnetic movements. The accelerometer is an accurate tool for detecting both speed and cadence for wheel and crank arm revolutions. Not only does this allow for a more compact design, it saves weight and uses less power, giving extra long battery life.

The Speed and Cadence Sensors use a small mount that secures the sensor pod inside and attaches to either the wheel hub, crank arm or even your bike shoes using a strong elastic loop. The mount secures the sensor in position and stops any unwanted movement, so that the accelerometer only detects your wheel rotations and crank arm rotations.
