CardioZone是一種使用心率感測器的健身愛好者的訓練方法。通過將先前的心率區訓練方法與兩個主觀評估互相結合,CardioZone計劃重新定義了心率監測器的功能。

  • 學習使用心率訊息來設計和監督客戶運動計劃 

  • 有結構性的訓練課程具有更合適的目標心率 

  • 使用每個客戶獨有的反饋監控培訓和微調鍛練課程的有效性

  • 避免次優訓練(低於或過度訓練)強度

  • 最重要的是,將每個客戶獨有的主觀反饋轉化為可量化的數據,您可以測量、記錄、測試和評估自己的表現。

CardioZone 訓練計劃由世界各地的運動隊和私人教練使用,幫助運動員達到最佳身體狀況。
