RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Our Return Policy
We strongly believe in transparent customer service and always strive to deliver customer satisfaction. We offer a "No Quibble" policy within the first 30 days of purchasing one of our products. Customers can return any item they have purchased from the Cardiosport website within 30 days of the purchase date if you feel unsatisfied with your purchase. We offer you the option of exchanging your product if the one you purchased is faulty or offer a full refund if this is your desired alternative.
For products returned outside of the 30 days of purchase, it is at our discretion to issue a refund or replacement product. We do not charge for a re-stocking fee so that the only cost to you will be shipping your product back to us.
If you have purchased a Cardiosport product that you believe is defective and would like to return it to us with the purchase receipt included. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a PRN (Product Return Number) and further details as to the return shipping address.
Please ensure that any product you wish to return is shipped in the original packaging including any accessories. We ask this in the hope of avoiding any damage in shipping. We will replace the product at our discretion and ship the replacement product back to you free of charge.
Cardiosport cannot accept returns from products that were purchased from one of our global distributors, please contact the seller in question for any customer service queries.
Our Limited Warranty Policy
Cardiosport ensures that all our products will not feature any defects, faults or failures from normal intended use for at least one year from the time of purchase. Any damage or defects that have been caused from taking the product outside of its intended use are not covered under our limited warranty. These include: Damage caused by accident, excessive moisture, heat, contact with chemicals, lighting, incorrect battery fitted, tampering with the product, alterations and modification to the product.
Cardiosport will at our discretion repair or replace any damaged products or components in the product at no charge for labour. However for some replacement parts a small charge may be necessary and we do not cover the cost of shipping the returned products to and from us.
